He coordinated escrow closings, participated in client <br />BACHELORS DEGREE <br />meetings and provided support to project management in various aspects of title <br />Business Administration, California <br />and escrow coordination. Tim collaborated with escrow and title officers, acquisition <br />State University, Long Beach <br />agents, project support staff and the client to ensure project requirements and <br />deadlines were met and the team was on schedule. County line. The project involves more that <br />250 properties. Tim supports the project in various aspects of title and escrow <br />coordination including title abstracts, review of documents and encumbrances on <br />AFFILIATIONS <br />title reports. He reviewed plotted easements, pare downs and title report/litigation <br />. <br />guarantee reports and collaborated with project management, escrow and title <br />INTERNATIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY <br />officers, acquisition agents, support staff and clients toensure project requirements <br />ASSOCIATION (IRWA) <br />and deadlines were satisfied. <br />
