County line. The <br />project involves more that 250 properties. Kristine was involved in the preparation <br />of project reports, property research and complication of parcel information. <br />STATE ROUTE 55 IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />Orange County Transportation Authority I Santa Ana. CA 12018 - Ongoing <br />Kristine's role includes project coordination, preparation of offer packages, <br />coordinating and ordering appraisals, completing escrow and title coordination, <br />market research, progress report preparation and file documentation. <br />CALIFORNIA HIGH-SPEED RAIL PROJECT <br />California High -Speed Rail Authority I Fresno, CA 12019 - Ongoing <br />Kristine is part of the consultant team providing right-of-way support on Construction <br />Package 1, a 23-mile segment between Avenue 19 in Madera County to East <br />American Avenue in Fresno County. She manages an intense conveyance and <br />permit process for the Authority preparing and tracking over 1000 conveyance <br />packages including coordination with owners, utilities and stakeholders. <br />BRISTOL STREET WIDENING <br />City of Santa Ana I Santa Ana, CA 1 2018- 2019 <br />Kristine assisted with executing rental agreements, rent collections, property <br />maintenance, conducted property & vacancy inspections, coordinating utility <br />shut -offs, conducting fair market rate studies and more. She also acted as liaison <br />between City staff, vendors, tenants and various other entities. <br />STATE ROUTE 91 CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />- - .. emission I Riverside. CA 12015 - 2019 <br />Kristine assisted with executing rental agreements, rent collections, property <br />maintenance, tenant disputes, oversight of vendors, and tenant screening. She <br />provided oversight of monthly maintenance, debris removal, weed and graffiti <br />abatement and assisted in overseeing environmental remedtation, security <br />services, tenant improvements and repairs, fencing, board -up and locksmith <br />services, paving and striping and hazardous waste removal. <br />
