General Firm Description <br />Patrol Solutions has about 140 total employees, and about 35 employees in the LA region where this <br />contract will be serviced. <br />2. Prior Experience <br />Patrol Solutions' unique ability to combine financial strength, personnel development, <br />disciplined execution, responsive management, and adaptive customer service has empowered us <br />to meet the evolving needs of each and every client. Entities comparable to the City of Santa Ana <br />Community Development Agency find us to be the ideal security services partner. <br />Our company's management team is accustomed to serving government clients who are dynamic <br />in scope, magnitude, and complexity. Vast resources activated through well-defined management <br />processes enable PS to meet the requirements of modem facilities and the demands of highly <br />responsible and highly sophisticated clients. Our leadership team and management team are <br />comprised of former Cypress Private Security managers, who have direct experience with <br />serving the following accounts. In particular, Felix Guerrero, our director of operations who will <br />oversee the City of Santa Ana security project, has managed the LA -region contracts listed <br />below, while some of our other company managers oversaw the other regional contracts. Felix's <br />professional experience includes managing the Arts District of Los Angeles Business <br />Improvement District, which has a very similar scope of work to this City of Santa Ana project. <br />Listed below are some of the contracts Felix has managed. <br />• Arts District Los Angeles <br />o $680K per year <br />0 11/2017 to 06/2019, 09/2020 to present <br />o Unarmed officers provide bicycle, foot, and vehicle patrol. Officers <br />provide visible deterrent to trespassing, vandalism, illegal camping, <br />community engagement, <br />and incident reporting. <br />• City of Glendale <br />o $600,000 per year <br />o 04/2012 to 06/2019 <br />with customer service through active patrolling, <br />o Unarmed services for the City's libraries, public auditoriums, parking <br />structures, office buildings, transit depot, Water & Power department <br />facilities, and 27 parks.
