Consideration of Ordinance Amending the Cannabis Public Benefit Fund Restricted <br />Uses for Additional Youth Services <br />Recommended Action: Introduce and conduct first reading of an ordinance <br />amending the Cannabis Public Benefit Fund to provide authority to transfer allocations <br />between youth services and community enforcement activities. <br />MINUTES: City Manager Kristine Ridge provided a brief presentation. <br />Council requested clarification, discussion ensued, and provided input to staff. <br />Councilmember Lopez, Councilmember Bacerra and Mayor Pro Tern Penaloza requested a <br />breakdown of allocation of funds by department. <br />Council will adopt ordinance at a future meeting. <br />Moved by Mayor Sarmiento, seconded by Mayor Pro Tern Penaloza to <br />Approve to Introduce Ordinance. <br />City Council 115— 15 TP90/2021 <br />
