Approve an appropriation adjustment (#2022-014) recognizing Emergency Housing <br />Voucher Housing Assistance Payments funds in the amount of $1,316,892 in revenue <br />account and appropriating same to expenditure account to administer eighty-nine new <br />vouchers. <br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment (#2022-014) recognizing Emergency Housing <br />Voucher Preliminary Administrative funds ($35,600), Administrative funds ($141,516) <br />and Service Fees ($311,500) in the total combined amount of $488,616 in revenue <br />account (No. 18018002-various) and appropriating same to expenditure account (Nos. <br />18018760-various) to administer eighty-nine new vouchers. <br />1. Authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to execute a Memorandum <br />of Understanding with the Orange County Continuum of Care effective July 20, 2021, <br />subject to non -substantive changes approved by the Executive Director and the <br />Housing Authority General Counsel. <br />2. Approve an update to the Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan and <br />authorize submission to the United States Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development. <br />3. Authorize the City Manager to execute a future agreement with the Orange County <br />United Way or another designated Service Provider to utilize Emergency Housing <br />Voucher Service Fees in an amount not to exceed $311,500 to provide housing search <br />City Council 22-22 IMO/2021 <br />
