EXHIBIT 7 <br />EXHIBIT `B" TO <br />DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE DEFERRAL AGREEMENT <br />Subject Fees for Building Permit No. <br />The following development impact fees imposed upon the Property or portion thereof by the city <br />of Santa Ana upon issuance of City of Santa Ana Building Permit No. shall be deferred <br />pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement: <br />(1) TSIA (Combined Non -Residential and Residential -Multifamily) in the amount of <br />$51,000. <br />(2) Fire Facilities in the amount of $81,600. <br />(3) Park Acquisitions and Development in the amount of $377,400. <br />Calculations of the final fee amounts to be determined at the time of issuance of certificate of <br />occupancy. <br />City Council 16 — 283 12/7/2021 <br />1525165.2 <br />
