CODE § 6103 <br />RELEASE OF LIEN FOR PAYMENT OF DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES <br />The City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California, <br />does hereby release that leasehold interest in certain real property, as further described in Exhibit <br />I attached to this Release, from the lien for payment of certain development impact fees as <br />created by the Development Impact Fee Deferral Agreement entered into on , by and <br />between the City of Santa Ana and Shelter Providers of Orange County, Inc., a California <br />nonprofit corporation doing business as HomeAid of Orange County, which was recorded on <br />, as Document Serial No. in the Official Records of the <br />County of Orange, California ("Agreement"). <br />This release pertains only to the property described above and does not extend to any <br />other property(ies).
