PERFORMANCE S ES <br />The City of Santa Ana proposes to use the following performance measures to quantify the <br />benefits upon completion of the proposed project: <br />Performance Measure No. 1: Energy Generated <br />The measure of performance will be the actual amount of energy generated (kWh) resulting <br />from the construction of the Project. It is expected that the project will generate up to <br />1,316,942 kWh per year.
