NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposals will be received from qualified firms for the <br />Santa Ana Dog Park full concept design. <br />Responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) must be submitted electronically to the PlanetBids <br />system no later than October 21, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Proposals received after this date/time will not <br />be considered.
