The Orange County Chapter of the Building Industry Association of SECPETAPY <br /> Southern California(`BIA/OC")objects to the scope of the City Council's changes to the Housing NICOLE MUPPAY <br /> Opportunity Ordinance ("HOO") after it was introduced. For the reasons set forth in this letter, TAYLOP MOPPISON <br /> BIA/OC respectfully requests that the new, re-imagined HOO ordinance be sent back to the <br /> Planning Commission for further review and public input. TRADE CONTPACTOP VP <br /> ALAN BOUDPEAU <br /> On the night of November 16,and into the early morning of the next day,the City Council proposed BOUDPEAU PIPELINE <br /> a dizzying array of amendments to the HOO ordinance, fundamentally changing what had been <br /> publicly vetted.
