This letter outlined an un-waivable conflict of <br /> interest which should disqualify Ramos and require a re-hearing of the issue without the biased <br /> Commissioner's participation. <br /> On November 16, 2021, the Santa Ana City Council considered the first reading of the amendment to <br /> the HOO. Amidst several other improprieties which will be the subject of a future complaint,the City <br /> Council erroneously dismissed the concerns regarding the alleged conflicts of interest and failed to <br /> properly investigate the issue. <br /> I tt1a ; yp t o.I;. . ,.f.U.f IWI C .... Notably, Commissioner Ramos lists the <br /> Kennedy Commission as a source of income on her Form 770 Statement of Economic Interests. <br /> 1 <br />
