Adopt a resolution declaring the City's intention to <br />consider changes to boundary lines of Wards and revising the time and place of said <br />hearings to be held on October 19 at 7:00 p.m., November 2 at 7:00 p.m., November <br />15 at 5.00 p.m., and December 6, 2021 at 5.00 p.m. <br />2.
