Department(s): Finance and Management Services <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with <br />Healthy Outcomes, Inc., DBA Balancing Act for a three-year period effective <br />November 3, 2021, with an option to extend for up to two one-year renewals <br />exercisable by the City Manager and City Attorney, not to exceed $55,000 over the <br />entirety of the five-year period, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the <br />City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2021-XXX). <br />MINUTES: This consent Item - Agreement No. 2021-215 was approved. <br />17. Approve and Launch the New "My First Home" Program with a One -Time Allocation of <br />$1,200,000 from the Inclusionary Housing Fund (Non -General Fund) <br />Department(s): Community Development Agency <br />Recommended Action: 1. Authorize the City Manager to launch the new "My First <br />Home" Program. <br />2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Loan Agreements with qualified and <br />approved homebuyers for the "My First Home" Program, subject to non —substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney (Agreement No. 2021- <br />XXX). <br />MINUTES: Housing Division Manager Judson Brown responded to questions <br />regarding the down payment assistance program. <br />Moved by Mayor Pro Tem Penaloza, seconded by Councilmember Mendoza to <br />approve the item.
