Certificate of Recognition presented by Councilmember Bacerra to Pacific Symphony <br />for Outstanding Contributions to Arts and Culture. <br />2. Proclamation presented by Councilmember Hernandez to Pat Vegas (Redbone) and <br />PJ Vegas representing the Yoeme Tribe declaring November 2021 as Native American <br />Heritage Month. <br />MINUTES: Item 3 considered prior to Item 2. <br />3.
