Recommended Action: Open and Close the third public hearing seeking input <br />regarding the content of the draft map(s). <br />MINUTES: Paul Mitchel, Redistricting Partners demographer, spoke on data sets. <br />Mayor Sarmiento opened the public hearing at 5:23 p.m. <br />Carl Beninger spoke regarding keeping neighborhoods together. <br />Dale Helvig noted that the mapping tool is easy to use. Spoke on keeping <br />neighborhoods together.
