ROLL CALL <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS — Members of the public may address the City Council on Closed <br /> Session items. <br /> CLOSED SESSION ITEMS —The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss certain <br /> matters without members of the public present.
