<br />theconstruction,erection,orremovalofelevators;or

<br />theownership,maintenanceoruseofanyelevatorscoveredbythisinsurance;or
<br />2.NamedInsuredNamedInsuredÓs
<br />thepermittedorauthorizedoperationsperformedbyaoronabehalf.
<br />Thecoveragegrantedbythisparagraphdoesnotapplyto:
<br />a.Bodilyinjurypropertydamagepersonalandadvertisinginjury
<br />,orarisingoutofoperationsperformed
<br />forthestateorgovernmentalagencyorsubdivisionorpoliticalsubdivision;or
<br />b.Bodilyinjurypropertydamageproducts-completedoperationshazard
<br />orincludedwithinthe.
<br />WithrespecttothisprovisionÓsrequirementthatadditionalinsuredstatusmustberequestedunderawritten
<br />contractoragreement,theInsurerwilltreatasawrittencontractanygovernmentalpermitthatrequiresthe
<br />NamedInsured
<br />toaddthegovernmentalentityasanadditionalinsured.
