All Authority Members were present. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS — Members of the public may address Housing Authority on items on <br />the Special Housing Authority agenda. <br />MINUTES: No public comments were made. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve staff recommendations on the following <br />Consent Calendar Items: 1 and 2. <br />1. Excused Absences <br />Department(s): Clerk of the Council <br />Recommended Action: Excuse the absent members. <br />2. Approve the Department of Toxic Substances Control Standard Voluntary Agreement <br />for the Crossroads at Washington Site Located at 1126 and 14146 E Washington <br />Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92701 <br />Department(s): Community Development Agency <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to <br />execute the Standard Voluntary Agreement up to an amount not to exceed $40,000 with <br />the County of Orange and Department of Toxic Substances Control for the Crossroads <br />at Washington affordable housing project located at 1126 and 1146 E Washington <br />Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92701, (APNs 398-092-13 and 398-092-14). <br />Moved by Mayor Pro Tern Penaloza, seconded by Councilmember Bacerra to <br />Approve. <br />YES: 7— Bacerra, Hernandez, Lopez, Mendoza, Phan, Penaloza, Sarmiento <br />NO: 0 <br />ABSTAIN: 0 <br />City Council 21 7/20/2021 <br />
