CITY COUNCIL REGULAR OPEN SESSION <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />MINUTES: Mayor Sarmiento called the Regular Open Session meeting to order at <br />6:18 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL <br />MINUTES: Clerk of the Council conducted roll call.
