MINUTES: Mayor Sarmiento adjourned Special Closed Session meeting at 6:29 p.m, and <br />convened to the Regular Open Session. <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR OPEN SESSION <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />MINUTES: Mayor Sarmiento called the Regular Open Session meeting to order at 6:33 <br />p.m. <br />ROLL CALL <br />MINUTES: Clerk of the Council conducted roll call.
