Draft Plans 1- ('-1 HIP I R <br />Councilmembers were provided a packet with five plans <br />based on public DistrictR submissions; the plans were <br />reviewed to ensure they follow traditional redistricting <br />criteria. These maps were posted to the city website for <br />the public prior to Draft Map hearing. <br />• Wards are letters, not numbers.
