2. With respect to the insurance provided by this endorsement, the following are added to Paragraph 2. Exclusions under Section I - Coverage A - Bodily Injury And Property Damage Liability: This insurance does not apply to: a. ÐBodily injuryÑ or Ðproperty damageÑ arising from the sole negligence of the additional insured. b. ÐBodily injuryÑ or Ðproperty damageÑ that occurs prior to you commen cing operations at the location where such Ðbodily injuryÑ or Ðproperty damageÑ occurs. c. "Bodily injury", "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" arising out of the rendering of, or the failure to render, any professional architectural, engineering or surveying services, including: (1) The preparing, approving, or failing to prepare or approve, maps, shop drawings, opinions, reports, surveys, field orders, change orders or drawings and specifications; or (2) Supervisory, inspection, architectural or engineering activities. This exclusion applies even if the claims against any insured allege negligence or other wrongdoing in the supervision, hiring, employment, training or monitoring of others by that insured, if the ÐoccurrenceÑ which ca used the Ðbodily injuryÑ or Ðproperty damageÑ, or the offense which caused the Ðpersonal and advertising injuryÑ, involved the rendering of, or the failure to render, any professional architectural, engineering or surveying services. d. "Bodily injury" or "property damage" occurring after: (1) All work, including materials, parts or equipment furnished in connection with such work, on the project (other than service, maintenance or repairs) to be performed by or on behalf of the additional insured(s) at the location of the covered operations has been completed; or (2) That portion of "your work" out of which the injury or damage arises has been put to its intended use by any person or organization other than another contractor or subcontractor engaged in performing operations for a principal as a part of the same project. e. Any person or organization specifically designated as an additional insured for ongoing operations by a separate ADDITIONAL INSURED Î OWNERS, LESSEES OR CONTRACTORS endorsement issued by us and made a part of this policy. 3. With respect to the insurance afforded to these additional insureds, the following is added to Section III Î Limits Of Insurance: If coverage provided to the additional insured is required by a contract or agreement, the most we will pay on behalf of the additional insured is the amount of insurance: a. Required by the contract or agreement; or b. Available under the applicable Limits of Insurance shown in the Declarations; whichever is less. This endorsement shall not increase the applicable Limits of Insurance shown in the Declarations. H. PRIMARY AND NON-CONTRIBUTORY ADDITIONAL INSURED EXTENSION This provision applies to any person or organization who qualifies as an additional insured under any form or endorsement under this policy. Condition 4. Other Insurance of SECTION IV Î COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY CONDITIONS is amended as follows: a. The following is added to Paragraph a.
