We encourage you to contact us prior to the Public Hearing if you have any <br />questions. <br />Historic Resources Commission Action: The Historic Resources Commission will hold a Public Hearing to receive <br />public testimony, and will take action on the item described below. Their decision is final unless appealed to the City <br />Council within 10 days of the decision by any interested party or group. <br />2383 North Flower Street (historically known as the Head-Wimpey House) located in <br />the Single Family Residential (R-1) zoning district. <br />Caroline La and Colin Donnelly <br />Project Description: The applicant is requesting approval of Historic Resources Commission Application No. 2021- <br />20, Historic Register Categorization No. 2021-20, and Historic Property Preservation Agreement No. 2021-20 to <br />allow the placement and categorization in the Santa Arta Register of Historical Properties as Contributive for the <br />above mentioned property and to execute a Historic Property Preservation Agreement with the City of Santa Ana. <br />Environmental Impact: In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the recommended action is <br />exempt from further review under Section 15331, Class 31 (Historical Resource Restoration/Rehabilitation), as this <br />action is designed to preserve a historic resource. Categorical Exemption No. ER-2021-100 will be filed for this <br />project. <br />Meeting Details: This matter will be heard on Thursday, November 4, 2021, at 4:30 p.m. in the City Council <br />Chambers, 22 Civic; Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA 92701.
