Additional Services. If requested by Customer in writing, PlanetBids will provide any or all of the following additional services. The following rates are current as of the date of this Agreement but are subject to an increase of not more than 10% per year after the first year of this Agreement. 1) Training: $750.00, for a single online training session of up to 2 hours. 2) Data Retrieval and Restoration: $145.00 per hour, unless otherwise quoted for a specific project.
