MINUTES: Clerk of the Council Daisy Gomez conducted roll call. All councilmembers <br />were present. Councilmember Hernandez joined the Closed Session meeting at 4:30 <br />p.m. Councilmember Mendoza joined the Closed Session meeting at 5:28 p.m. <br />CLOSED SESSION ITEMS — The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss certain <br />matters without members of the public present.
