Agreement with California Forensic Phlebotomy for Blood Technician Services <br />March 1, 2022 <br />Page 2 <br />2 <br />4 <br />5 <br />7 <br />CFP staff also understands the requirements and expectations of the Santa Ana Police <br />Department regarding blood sample draws. <br />The Police Department will pay CFP $103.31 per draw for their services. On average, <br />CFP will perform 40 draws per month for the Police Department. This new agreement will <br />cover the period of March 5, 2022 through March 4, 2025. The Police Department <br />anticipates using $49,589 per year for these services, plus a $15,000 contingency, for a <br />three-year total not to exceed $163,767.
