CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />RFP NO.: 21-122 <br />ON -CALL ELECTRICAL REPAIR AND REHABILITATION SERVICES <br />4. All changes, deviations, in locations, routing, or dimensions or additions to any part of <br />the electrical work <br />5. Interior views of each pull box identifying each conduit entrance by conduit number <br />4. TRAINING AND OPERATION MANUALS <br />The Contractor shall offer training services and provide operation, maintenance and repair <br />manuals consisting of all system drawings, block diagrams, schematics, shop drawings, and <br />other pertinent data required to completely describe the operation and maintenance of the <br />electrical system. The manuals shall be submitted prior to the final acceptance of the system <br />and shall reflect the as -built conditions. <br />The electrical system information in the operation and maintenance manuals shall contain: <br />System operating instructions for normal operational conditions utilizing names of <br />controls as they appear on nameplates <br />2. Calibration and maintenance instructions <br />3. Troubleshooting instructions <br />4. Instructions for ordering replacement parts <br />5. List of fuses, lamps, seals, and other expendable equipment and devices <br />6. Parts list including the make, model, and manufacturer of the equipment listed <br />5. EMERGENCY ON -CALL SERVICES <br />The Contractor shall be able to provide emergency on -call electrical maintenance and repair <br />services within four (4) hours of receiving the call. The Contractor's service technician is <br />required to be on site and commence work within four (4) hours of initial contact if deemed by <br />the City to be an emergency. The response time may be waived by the City if service can wait <br />to be performed during Contractor's normal business hours. <br />D. CODE COMPLIANCE <br />All materials and workmanship shall be in strict conformity with standards of the latest editions <br />including revisions of the following: <br />• Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) <br />• National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) <br />• International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) <br />• National Electrical Code (NEC) standards <br />• National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) <br />• American National Standards Institute (ANSI) <br />• American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) <br />• Insulated Cable Engineers Association (ICEA) <br />• International Electrical Testing Association (NETA) <br />City of Santa Ana RFP 21-122 <br />On -Call Electrical Repair and Rehabilitation Services <br />Page 16 <br />
