What streets/boundaries define <br />your community? <br />Martin R. Heninger founded, developed & by 1922 had built out "Heninger Park". Heninger Park is Santa Ana's <br />"Bungalow Neighborhood", the largest collection of Craftsman & California bungalow style houses in the City. <br />As an organized neighborhood association, Heninger Park has been active since the early 1980's. Heninger Park <br />Historic District, a special historic overlay zone, was adopted by City Council in 1986. Streets/Boundaries: First <br />Street on the north, West McFadden Avenue on the south, South Flower Street on the west & alley behind <br />South Sycamore on the East (South Main Street).
