Both agencies <br />previously entered into an Agreement for the Homeless Youth Emergency <br />Services Pilot (HY) Program on March 6, 2017, and believe the renewal of the <br />HY program will further this goal. To this end, the two entities agree to <br />participate in the exchange of services to youth experiencing homelessness - <br />including access to a range of housing options as well as crisis intervention and <br />stabilization services - so that the immediate crises faced by these youth can <br />be resolved and they can focus on their futures. <br />1. DESCRIPTIONS OF ORANGEWOOD FOUNDATION AND SANTA ANA PD <br />Orangewood is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit and one of the leading providers of <br />services to foster and community youth in Orange County.
