safe haven emergency shelter and/or into Orangewood's Rising Tide <br />Flanders Pointe, Rising Tide Orangetree, the Lighthouse and the Graduate <br />House transitional housing programs. Orangewood's housing programs <br />offer transitional housing for transitional age youth (TAY). The Lighthouse <br />and the Graduate House are specifically for female survivors of sex <br />trafficking. <br />• Through Orangewood's outreach efforts and direct services to youth, <br />Orangewood will refer any youth who are experiencing homelessness and <br />are survivors of crime or abuse, including sexual, physical, or emotional <br />abuse, human trafficking, domestic violence, school and community <br />violence, hate crimes, substance abuse, or other crimes to Santa Ana PD <br />for assistance in understanding and participating in the criminal justice <br />system/judicial proceedings as a result of the crime(s) committed against <br />the youth within the City of Santa Ana. <br />The Santa Ana PD will closely coordinate the following services with <br />Orangewood: <br />• The Santa Ana PD will receive referrals from Orangewood of youth who <br />are experiencing homelessness and are survivors of crime or abuse, <br />including sexual, physical, or emotional abuse, human trafficking, <br />domestic violence, school and community violence, hate crimes, <br />substance abuse, or other crimes and will provide assistance to the youth <br />GI <br />
