A-2022-001 <br />2.14 Authorized Representatives. The person or persons executing this Agreement on behalf Licensee <br />and City warrants and represents that he/she has the authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of that Party and <br />that he/she has the authority to bind that Party to the performance of its obligations hereunder. <br />2.15 Entire Agreement.
