A-2022-031 <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH MOORE IACOFANO GOLTSMAN INC. <br />;IVCE ON PILE DBA MIG <br />MAY PROCEED <br />INSURANCE EXPIRES THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into March 1, 2022, by and <br />6. m.M2I _ between Moore Iacofano Goltsman Incorporated, a California corporation, dba MIG ("Consultant'), and <br />OF COUNCIL the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). <br />F PCSIT (Nt i Rep) i) ( I) IT . <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement No. A-2020-240 ("Agreement") dated December 1, 2020, <br />cfor preparation of the Parks, Recreations and Community Services Agency ("PRCSA") ten (10) <br />N year Master Plan. <br />U <br />B. On November 10, 2021, the parties exercised the first of six (6) optional six (6) month extensions <br />of the Agreement through June 30, 2022 (A-2020-240-01). The Agreement is current and in -effect. <br />C. The parties wish to amend the Agreement to expand the scope and increase the compensation <br />amount. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />Section 1, Scope of Work, is hereby amended to include the services, as detailed in the attached <br />Exhibit A-1 to this First Amendment, attached hereto. <br />2. Section 2, Compensation, is hereby amended to increase the total amount for this Amended Agreement <br />by $44,970.00 and shall not exceed $205,570.00 for the term of this Agreement, including any <br />extension periods. <br />3.
