36.2.3 The information does not give the appearance that the COUNTY, its officers, employees, or agencies endorse: 36.2.3.1 Any commercial product or service; and 36.2.3.2 Any product or service provided by CONTRACTOR, unless approved in writing by ADMINISTRATOR; and 36.2.4 If CONTRACTOR uses social media (such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or other publicly available social media sites) to publish information related to this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall develop social media policies and procedures and have them available to the ADMINISTRATOR. CONTRACTOR shall comply with COUNTY Social Media Use Policy and Procedures as they pertain to any social media developed in support of the services described within this Agreement. REPORTS 37.1 CONTRACTOR shall provide information deemed necessary by ADMINISTRATOR to complete any State -required reports related to the services provided under this Agreement. 37.2 CONTRACTOR shall maintain records and submit reports containing such data and information regarding the performance of CONTRACTOR's services, costs, or other data relating to this Agreement, as may be requested by ADMINISTRATOR, upon a form approved by ADMINISTRATOR. ADMINISTRATOR may modify the provisions of this Paragraph upon written notice to CONTRACTOR. 38. ENERGY EFFICIENCY STANDARDS As applicable, CONTRACTOR shall comply with the mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency in the State Energy Conservation Plan (Title 24, CCR). 39.
