WEX services leading to employment that is anticipated to be permanent. <br />5.15 Attend meetings as requested by ADMINISTRATOR and other contracted service <br />providers, including Family Support Team meetings. <br />5.16 Cooperate with ADMINISTRATOR with respect to sanctions applied by <br />ADMINISTRATOR to PARTICIPANT in the event of PARTICIPANT non- <br />cooperation. This may include testifying at PARTICIPANT non-compliance <br />hearings. <br />5.17 Provide any internal forms that will be used in service delivery, but which are not <br />mandated by ADMINISTRATOR, or by program requirements, for review and <br />approval by ADMINISTRATOR prior to implementation. <br />5.18 Maintain a case file for each PARTICIPANT served under this Agreement in a <br />format approved by ADMINISTRATOR. <br />5.19 Ensure that all services provided to PARTICIPANTS under this Agreement are <br />conducted in a manner responsive to literacy, language, and socio-cultural issues <br />that may impact PARTICIPANTS. <br />5.19.1 CONTRACTOR's staff shall be trained in cultural differences to ensure <br />their ability to recognize and assist PARTICIPANTS who demonstrate <br />language or cultural barriers to employment, including resistance to <br />participation in VTR and WEX activities. <br />5.20 CONTRACTOR shall employ staff who will provide services in the <br />PARTICIPANTS language or obtain interpreters when necessary. <br />5.21 It is mutually understood that VTR and/or WEX activities shall be provided at a <br />variety of facilities/work sites throughout Orange County, as defined by <br />CONTRACTOR. <br />6. SERVICE REQUIREMENTS <br />6.1 Vocational Training (VTR) <br />CONTRACTOR shall: <br />6.1.1 Refer PARTICIPANTS to vocational-technical/trade schools, or <br />postsecondary public and/or private institutions. <br />WQM0522 Page 6 of23 March 1, 2022 <br />City Council 20 — 53 3/15/2022 <br />
