The City approved entitled <br />a 17-unit permanent supportive housing project (Francis Xavier Residences), and issued <br />permits for over 200 units within the plan area. <br />The City continues to review residential and mixed -use development proposals in the <br />MEMU area. In 2021, the construction of a 418-unit affordable senior housing (Metro <br />East Senior Apartments) project was completed.
