MINUTES: Clerk of the Council Daisy Gomez conducted roll call. All councilmembers were present. Councilmember Hernandez joined the Closed Session meeting at 5:12 p.m. Councilmember Phan joined the Closed Session meeting at 5:14 p.m. PUBLIC COMMENTS — Members of the public may address the City Council on Closed Session Items. MINUTES: No public comments on Closed Session items. CLOSED SESSION ITEMS — The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss certain matters without members of the public present.
