Feasibility of a Public Health Agency Update — City Manager's Office and Community <br />Development Agency <br />MINUTES: Health Management Associates representatives, Vice President John <br />Freeman and Senior Executive Christina Altmayer, provided a brief presentation to <br />solicit direction and feedback from council. <br />Council discussion ensued and direction provided. <br />CLOSED SESSION REPORT — The City Attorney will report on any action(s) from Closed <br />Session. <br />MINUTES: City Attorney Sonia Carvalho stated there was no reportable action. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT — Public comments will be held during the beginning of the meeting for <br />ALL comments on agenda and non -agenda items, except for public hearings.
