Santa Ana Elks Lodge #794 <br />Revised Scope of Work <br />Our culinary team will prepare one hot meal on Monday morning for curbside or walk up <br />pick up between the hours of 11:OOam and 2:OOpm. The meals will be placed in large <br />warming boxes to ensure that they stay hot and fresh. We will prepare up to 270 meals for <br />distribution. <br />Sample menu #1 <br />• Garden salad cup with Italian dressing on the side <br />• Grilled Chicken with sauce (picatta, 13130, Hawaiian teriyaki) <br />• Fresh vegetables <br />• Cookie <br />Sample menu #2 <br />• Caesar Salad <br />• Lasanga with sauce <br />• Garlic toast <br />• Cookie <br />Sample menu #3 <br />• Fresh fruit cup <br />• Pot roast, gravy <br />• Mashed Potatoes <br />• Green beans <br />• Cookie <br />Drive up food distribution will be organized in a two-lane drive through. We will have <br />staff attendants direct the cars through our parking lot and drive through in a safe <br />manner. Elk volunteers will hand out the meals as the cars drive through. <br />We will have a walk-up station for those without transportation. Those stations will be <br />manned by Elk volunteers and staff attendants. We will have socially distanced <br />distribution lines in our parking lot and patio to facilitate walk up meal distribution. <br />We will collaborate with our partner organizations: Santa Ana Rotary Club, Lions Club <br />
