081 * 06/07/2021 * UMB 3952752 00 GREAT AMERICAN ALLIANCE INS CO <br />*D/B* 121126296 255044 <br />2. termination of employment; <br />3. coercion, demotion, evaluation, reassignment, discipline, defamation, harassment, <br />molestation, humiliation, discrimination, or malicious prosecution, directed at a person, or <br />other employment -related practice, policy, act, or omission; or <br />4, consequential "bodily injury," "property damage," "personal injury," or "advertising injury," as <br />a result of paragraphs 1. through 3. of this exclusion. <br />This exclusion applies whether the Injury -causing event described in paragraphs 1. through 4. <br />occurs before employment, during employment, or after employment of that person, and <br />whether the "Insured" may be held liable as an employer or in any other capacity, and to any <br />obligation to share damages with or to repay someone else who must pay damages because of <br />the "bodily injury," "property damage," "personal injury," or "advertising injury." <br />L. ERISA <br />Any obligation of the "Insured" under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 <br />(ERISA) or, any amendment to this act, or under any similar law, regulation, or ordinance. <br />M. Expected Or Intended Injury <br />"Bodily injury" or "property damage" expected or intended from the standpoint of the "Insured." <br />This exclusion does not apply to "bodily injury" resulting from the use of reasonable force to <br />protect persons or property. <br />N. Infringement of Copyright, Patent, Trademark or Trade Secret <br />"Personal injury" or "advertising injury" arising out of the infringement of copyright, patent, <br />trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights. Under this exclusion, such other <br />intellectual property rights do not include the use of another's advertising idea in your <br />"advertisement. <br />O. Knowing Violation of Rights of Another <br />"Personal injury" or "advertising injury" caused by or at the direction of the "Insured" with the <br />knowledge that the act would violate the rights of another and would inflict "personal injury" or <br />"advertising injury." <br />P. Material Published Prior to Policy Period <br />"Personal injury" or "advertising injury" arising out of oral or written publication of material <br />whose first publication took place before the beginning of the Policy Period. <br />Q. Material Published with Knowledge of Falsity <br />"Personal injury" or "advertising injury" arising out of oral or written publication of material, if <br />done by or at the direction of the "Insured" with knowledge of its falsity. <br />R.
