However, under no circumstances will the coverage provided by our Policy for <br />the risks described in the following exclusions 1. through 6. be any broader than the coverage <br />provided for those risks by the "underlying insurance." <br />Subject to the preceding paragraph, this insurance does not apply to: <br />1. Aircraft <br />"Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of the ownership, maintenance, operation, <br />use, or "loading or unloading" of any aircraft, if such aircraft is owned, or hired without <br />pilot or crew, by or on behalf of any "Insured." <br />2. Auto <br />"Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of the ownership, maintenance, operation, <br />use, or "loading or unloading" of any "auto." <br />3. Contractual Liability <br />"Bodily injury," "property damage," "personal injury" or "advertising injury" for which any <br />"Insured" is obligated to pay damages by reason of the assumption of liability in a contract <br />or agreement. This exclusion does not apply to liability for damages: <br />a. that the "Insured" would have in the absence of the contract or agreement; or <br />b. assumed in a written contract or written agreement that is an "Insured contract," but <br />only if the "bodily injury," "property damage," "personal injury" or "advertising injury" <br />occurs after the "Insured" signs or otherwise formally executes that contract or <br />agreement. <br />4. Employee Liability <br />Liability of any "employee" with respect to "bodily injury," "property damage," "personal <br />injury" or "advertising injury" to you or to another "employee" of the same employer injured <br />in the course of such employment. <br />5. Employer's Liability <br />a. "Bodily injury" to: <br />(1) an "employee" of any "Insured," arising out of and in the course of: <br />(a) employment by any "Insured"; or <br />(b) performing duties related to the conduct of any "Insured's" business; or <br />(2) the spouse, child, parent, brother or sister of that "employee" as a consequence of <br />Paragraph a. (1) of this exclusion. <br />b.
