It has been a very difficult time for everyone. Here at Respond Systems, we have always prided ourselves on serving our customers in the best way that we know how with better pricing and service than our competitors. We look at ourselves as valued partners in your company's and employee's safety. Your satisfaction is always the highest priority for us. To that end, we are pleased to announce that as of January 1st 2021, we will be changing our name to UniShield First Aid & Safety! That is the only thing changing. We will still provide the same outstanding service and quality of first aid and safety products. The name change comes with a lot of thought and planning. This rebranding will allow us to expand our product line to offer our clients even more products and services and with that, a higher level of customer care, service, and utility to your business. We don't want you to settle and we won't either. We have decided to look towards the future, rather than settling and we are determined to offer you more in regard to your wellness and safety. Please update ,your billing records to reflect the name change to UniShield. Existing open invoices can be made payable to either Respond Systems or UniShield but you should transition to the UniShield name for any new invoices that you receive. It has been our honor to serve you all over the past 26 years and we look forward to many many more.
