CDR <br />((a,.IOS de la (4vakksm BETWEEN <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />10.01W <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />FOR THE PROVISION OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND PAID WORK EXPERIENCE <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT, made and entered into upon execution of all necessary <br />signatures, is to that certain AGREEMENT Number WGM0319 between the parties hereto, <br />hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement' and is by and between the COUNTY OF ORANGE, <br />hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY," and CITY OF SANTA ANA, a Charter city and Municipal <br />Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "CONTRACTOR." This Amendment shall be administered <br />by the County of Orange Social Services Agency, hereinafter referred to as "ADMINISTRATOR." <br />WITNESSETH <br />WHEREAS, on July 1, 2020, COUNTY and CONTRACTOR entered into an Agreement <br />for the provision of Vocational Training and Paid Work Experience services, for the term of July <br />__..— <br />1, 20- through June 30, 2022; <br />WHEREAS, COUNTY desires to amend Subparagraph 4.24.3 of Exhibit A of the <br />Agreement; <br />WHEREAS, CONTRACTOR agrees to continue to provide such services under the terms <br />and conditions set forth in this Agreement; and <br />ACCORDINGLY, THE PARTIES AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Subparagraph 4.24.3 of Exhibit A of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"4.24.3 Ensure WEX PARTICIPANTS will earn at least the State minimum wage for each <br />hour worked up to thirty percent (30%) above the State minimum wage.
