This Agreement shall be <br />administered by the County of Orange Social Services Agency Director or designee, <br />hereinafter referred to as "ADMINISTRATOR." <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, COUNTY desires to contract with CONTRACTOR for the provision <br />of Vocational Training and Work Experience Services; <br />WHEREAS, CONTRACTOR agrees to render such services on the terns and <br />conditions hereinafter set forth; <br />WHEREAS, such services are authorized and provided for pursuant to California <br />Welfare and Institutions Code Section 11200 et seq., also known as the California Work <br />Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CaIWORKS) Act; and <br />ACCORDINGLY, THE PARTIES AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br />WDM0522 Page 1 of 45 March 1, 2022 <br />
