CONTRACTOR shall comply with COUNTY Social Media Use Policy and Procedures as they pertain to any social media developed in support of the services described within this Agreement. REPORTS 37.1 CONTRACTOR shall provide information deemed necessary by ADMINISTRATOR to complete any State -required reports related to the services provided under this Agreement. 37.2 CONTRACTOR shall maintain records and submit reports containing such data and information regarding the performance of CONTRACTOR's services, costs, or other data relating to this Agreement, as may be requested by ADMINISTRATOR, upon a form approved by ADMINISTRATOR. ADMINISTRATOR may modify the provisions of this Paragraph upon written notice to CONTRACTOR. 38. ENERGY EFFICIENCY STANDARDS As applicable, CONTRACTOR shall comply with the mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency in the State Energy Conservation Plan (Title 24, CCR). 39. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION STANDARDS CONTRACTOR shall be in compliance with the Clean Air Act (Title 42 USC Section 7401 et seq.), the Clean Water Act (Title 33 USC Section 1251 et seq.), Executive Order 11738 and Environmental Protection Agency, hereinafter referred to as "EPA," WDM0522 Page 38 of 45 March 1, 2022
