Bus Pass Subsidy Program Cont. <br />Passes can be purchased online, through the OC Bus <br />mobile app, and at various locations throughout the <br />county, including check -cashing and grocery stores. <br />Retailers do not collect customers' personal information <br />and OCTA does not track customer addresses. <br />Because of this, OCTA has indicated the agency would not <br />have the ability to administer a subsidy program on behalf <br />of the City. <br />
