<br />since 2013. During this time has performed a variety of functions including market research, property
<br />inspection, and appraisal report preparation, for a variety of property types, including industrial,
<br />commercial, retail, office, vacant acreage, and single and multi -family residential properties. Property
<br />valuations for eminent domain both full and partial acquisitions.
