D. "Donation": a monetary (cash) contribution, endowment, personal property, real property, financial services, equipment, in kind goods or services, or any other asset that the City has accepted and for which the donor has not received any goods or services in return. E. "Event Contributor": contributing supplies, in -kind services, and assistance with event programming. F. "In -Kind Sponsorship": payment of a sponsorship fee in goods or services rather than cash. "Single Event Sponsors": a sponsor that supports one event of their choice during the year. Sponsorship benefits vary depending on event. M. "Sole Sponsor": a company or organization that has paid to be the only sponsor of a facility, program or service. N. "Sponsorship": the relationship between a sponsor and the City, in which the sponsor pays a cash or in -kind fee, in return for access to the commercial potential associated with a facility, program or service. O. "Sponsorship Fee": a payment made by a sponsor to the City.
