agreement is to be for an amount not to exceed $10,904,376, which includes a 15% <br />contingency funding for annual Cost Price Index ("CPI") adjustments and a further 15% <br />contingency set -aside for anticipated United States postage increases — altogether <br />totaling $2,516,394 over the maximum 8'/2-year life of the agreement. The renewal <br />agreement commences April 19, 2022 and contains a base term covering FY 2021- <br />22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and FY 2024-25, expiring December 31, 2025, with provision <br />for two renewal options of three years, and one year, respectively, ending December <br />31, 2029 (Agreement No. 2022-XXX). <br />22. Approve an Agreement with Outfront Media LLC for the Design, Construction, <br />Maintenance, and Operation of Digital Billboards and Digital Banners at City -owned <br />Properties throughout the City for a 25-Year Term (General Fund) <br />Department(s): Public Works Agency <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with <br />Outfront Media LLC to design, construct, maintain, and operate digital billboards at <br />City -owned freeway locations and digital banners throughout the City, and to share <br />advertising revenue from digital billboards and digital banners, for a 25-year period <br />beginning April 19, 2022 and ending April 18, 2047, with an option to extend for a <br />period of ten years, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager <br />and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2022-XXX). <br />23. Approve Agreement with Group 4 Architecture, Research + Planning, Inc. in an <br />Amount Not to Exceed $2,158,565 for a Three -Year Term (Project No. 22-1380) <br />(Revive Santa Ana Program) <br />Department(s): Public Works Agency, Library <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with <br />Group 4 Architecture, Research + Planning, Inc. to provide full design services for the <br />Santa Ana Main Library's renovation project, in the amount of $2,158,565, for a three- <br />year term beginning April 19, 2022 and expiring April 18, 2025, with an option for two, <br />one-year extensions, subject non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager <br />and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2022-XXX). <br />24. Adopt a Resolution Establishing the Joint School Collaboration City Council Standing <br />Subcommittee between the City of Santa Ana and the Santa Ana Unified School <br />District <br />Department(s): Parks, Recreation, and Community Services <br />Recommended Action: Resolution No. 2022-XXX — Adopt a resolution establishing <br />the joint school collaboration City Council standing subcommittee between the City of <br />Santa Ana and the Santa Ana Unified School District. <br />25.
