Effective date of this Endorsement: 01-May-2021 <br />This Endorsement is attached to and forms a part of Policy Number: V1 F72F210501 <br />Beazley Insurance Company, Inc. referred to in this endorsement as either the "Insurer" or the <br />"Underwriters" <br />NOTICE OF CANCELLATION TO CERTIFICATE HOLDERS <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />AFB A&E MEDIA TECH® <br />In consideration of the premium charged for the Policy, it is hereby understood and agreed that in addition <br />to the provisions of Clause XVI., CANCELLATION AND NONRENEWAL, paragraph B., if this Policy is <br />cancelled by the Underwriters, the Underwriters will provide thirty (30) days written notice to all certificate <br />holders that require such advance notice by written contract. In the event the Insured has failed to pay a <br />premium when due, the Underwriters will provide ten (10) days written notice for all certificate holders that <br />require such advance notice by written contract. <br />A list of certificate holders that require advanced notice by written contract shall be provided to the <br />Underwriters by the Insured. <br />This notification of pending cancellation of coverage is intended as a courtesy only.
