PLANNING PROCESS OVERVIEW This Parks Master Plan was developed through an 18-month process that combined broad resident and stakeholder engagement with a data -driven technical analysis to identify community needs. City staff, key stakeholders and city leaders together formed a Project Advisory Group that worked together to ensure the plan reflects the aspirations and goals of Santa Ana. While the plan was developed during the COVID-19 pandemic, the process included in -person, online, and virtual outreach activities to ensure all residents and traditionally underrepresented groups had an opportunity to participate. With outreach in English, Spanish and Vietnamese, a wide range of residents, stakeholders, partners, committees, city leaders, and community liaisons who represented diverse Ylvupb anu 11] tWtsis welt invuivtu.
